OERRR is the youth program of the Dutch Society for Nature Conservation. OERRR inspires and encourages children to go on an adventure in nature. Anywhere, but specifically in the areas of covered by the Dutch Society for Nature Conservation. In OERRR, nature is the subject of playing and not the decor as it is when playing in a playground with equipment. The discovery and experience of nature helps and enriches the development of children. Think of playing with sand, water, branches, greenery, flowers and animals. A child makes an intense contact with everything that nature has to offer, which enables a lifelong connection with nature. The greater the variation and variety, the richer their game can become, the more intense the experience and the greater the learning value.
