MUZIEKHAVEN ZAANDAM – MASTERCLASSES
MuziekHaven Zaandam is a breeding ground for chamber music all year round. Here, ensembles can study in peace and work on new projects. Lessons, student concerts and try-outs also take place on a regular basis, all in the spirit of development, self-development and preparation for concert life. Since 2020, the MuziekHaven Summer Concerts have been organised every summer. The concerts are characterized by its high musical and artistic quality. Thanks to a donation from Fonds 1999, for the first time, a three-day public masterclass was organized during the MuziekHaven Summer Concerts 2023. During the masterclass, twelve young talented chamber music musicians were coached by the Busch Trio. This masterclass ended with a concert by the participants which was also part of the Summer Concerts.
