Quiet Nederland alleviates poverty in the Netherlands. Quiet talks about (silent) poverty and about the people who live in it to break the taboo on poverty. Quiet alleviates the poverty situation for people in poverty in an innovative way, approaching them from a place of trust and offering them an opportunity to strengthen themselves when in contact with others. The support of Fonds 1999 enabled Quiet to renew the website so that Quiet can reach more people to realize its mission.
