THE YOUNG TALENT PROJECT

In the Young Talent Project (YTP) the Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) works closely together with the Royal Conservatory (RC). YTP is an important part of the NDT talent development programs. On the one hand it enables young dance students of the RC to get to know the NDT methods and to further develop their talent as a versatile dancer. On the other hand (ex-) NDT dancers are given the opportunity to gain experience as a teacher, tutor and choreographer at an institute for professional dance education. This collaboration between the NDT and the RC is unique. In no other school for dance education, a long term part of the yearly curriculum is provided by a dance company.
